Lenovo Warranty Import natively syncs all imported data with the out of the box ServiceNow fields so you can leverage the easy to adopt reporting engine within ServiceNow and view your asset data through whatever lens you desire. Although Lenovo Warranty Import can integrate into any report in ServiceNow, it provides the following OOTB reports to help jump-start the process:

  • Expiring Contracts (90 Days)

  • Logs

Each report provides a view of your hardware contract position from a different perspective and helps guide you to surfacing data that may make sense for your asset management needs.


The following outlines how to access these reports:

  • Log in as a ServiceNow Admin or Import Admin; please see the Security Roles KB article as a reference to Import specific roles.

  • Navigate to Lenovo Warranty Import -- Reporting:



  • Select a report, i.e., "Expiring Contracts (90 Days)" and view the report data:





  • Also note, the Logs module is a table; therefore, you will be unable to share it through ServiceNow:
